How it works

All the accounts are free to register. However, only limited amount of free accounts will be issued before we start our subscription plan. Get signed up with us now, before it’s too late!

Eshi Hub charges a small fee (6%) on every online transaction made through our payment system. This will be reflected on the total amount the customer pays.

Start listing your property

  • Create your own personal account.
  • List your property. You will need the following information:
    • Property type (home, apartment, private room, …)
    • How many people it accommodates
    • Number of bedrooms and bathrooms
    • Nightly/Weekly/Monthly/Yearly rate
    • Address and Google Map pinpoint location (Latitude and longitude information)
    • The minimum and/or maximum duration that guests can stay
    • At least 5 high quality pictures of the property
  • Someone will contact you to visit the property in order to verify all of the information you have sent.
  • Our agent will finalize your online account profile and direct deposit account information.
  • Your listing will go live!
  • Inquiries from potential guests will be sent to your email. Always reply back using our secure messaging system. Guest account and email information won’t be provided until the reservation process is completed.
  • Payment will be deposited to your account 2 days after the arrival of the customer. This is a limitation from Stripe, our payment processing company.
  • Be ready to receive your guest(s) with a clean home and the professionalism we expect from all our hosts. You want your guests to have a wonderful time, so that they have great things to say about you and your property, which will then bring more guests to your door!
  • On check-out day, contact the guest(s) to arrange a time to get the key and to make sure the house is in proper order. Then, get ready for your next guest!
  • We encourage you to give an accurate review/feedback on your guest(s) so that everyone can enjoy the experiences and services we offer, guests and hosts alike!
